The aim of the project is the comprehensive transformation of the Brokis glassworks campus to combine recreation and accommodation facilities within a natural forest setting.
The project proposes a recreation area with accommodation set within a forested landscape. The architectural concept draws from the local village character and contemporary design principles. The building features timber cladding, a green roof with climbing plants, and large glazed facades that connect interior spaces with the surrounding nature. The program includes accommodation units, sports facilities, and communal recreation areas. The urban planning concept organizes the site to create distinct zones for different activities while maintaining visual and physical connections to the forest context.
The design includes ground floor and first floor plans, cross sections, longitudinal sections, and multiple elevations (northwest, northeast, southwest). Materials include wood, plaster/render, and glass. The project incorporates selected Brokis lighting fixtures. The building is organized with accommodation wings and a central recreation volume with a distinctive cantilevered roof structure.
