A multifunctional hall designed for a community in Mellandtad, combining public and cultural functions within a contemporary architectural form that integrates with the existing urban context.
The project proposes a multifunctional hall located in Mellandtad. The building features a distinctive modern facade with large glazed surfaces and a dynamic roofline. The design includes multiple floors with flexible interior spaces suitable for various community and cultural activities. The site plan shows the building positioned within an urban context with consideration for surrounding infrastructure and public spaces. The concept involves creating a shared community space that serves as a social and cultural hub.
The building consists of 3 floors (1.NP, 2.NP, 3.NP) at a scale of 1:200. Materials include perforated corten panels, matte RAL 7016, gloss RAL 9003, and glass triangular elements. The site plan is at 1:750 scale. East and south elevations, longitudinal and cross sections are shown at 1:200. The built-up area is approximately 1700 m², with the total usable floor area and building balance data provided. The building envelope features a combination of dark and light cladding with extensive curtain wall glazing systems.
