The project aims to create a movement and regeneration center in Prague 7, combining modern architectural expression with a distinctive red perforated structure that serves as both facade and spatial element, connecting the building to its urban surroundings.
CORE 7 is a center for movement and regeneration located in Prague 7. The design features a striking red lattice/mesh structure that wraps around and through the building volumes, creating a distinctive architectural identity. The project combines functional spaces for sports, wellness and community activities within an urban block context. The red parametric structure acts as a unifying element connecting different building masses while providing shading and visual identity. The design integrates with the existing urban fabric and creates new public spaces at ground level.
The building consists of multiple floors (1NP, 2NP, 3NP shown in plans). The project includes site plans showing the urban context, floor plans at multiple levels, building sections (Řezy objektem), axonometric views, and four facade elevations (southeast, southwest, northwest, northeast). Statistical data for the territory and building are provided.
