A multifunctional center in Veltrusy that serves as a communal gathering space (agora) providing cultural, social, and educational activities along with administrative functions for the town.
The project proposes a multifunctional building in Veltrusy designed to serve the community. The composition of buildings is oriented around a central public space connected to Havlíčkovo náměstí (square). The complex includes spaces for cultural, social, and educational activities as well as administrative offices for the municipal government. The design takes inspiration from the existing urban fabric, with buildings arranged to create intimate courtyards and public spaces. The geometry of the buildings references the surrounding context while introducing a contemporary architectural language with pink/rose-colored accents. The site connects to the nearby castle park and the broader urban structure of the town.
The project includes floor plans for underground parking level (1PP), ground floor (1NP), and second floor (2NP). Sections (Řez A, Řez B) show the spatial relationships between volumes. The building features a staircase connection detail. Elevations are provided for all four sides: western (Pohled západní), southern views including one focused on the hall (Pohled jižní na sál), southern (Pohled jižní), and northern (Pohled severní). The site plan (Situace) shows the building's integration within the existing urban context near Havlíčkovo náměstí. The complex includes 12 residential units with parking spaces organized beneath the buildings.
