A golf club building designed with principles of brutalism, modularity, prefabrication, circularity, and adaptability, located in Bělorusy, Dřínov.
The project proposes a golf clubhouse building using a modular prefabricated concrete structural system. The design embraces brutalist aesthetics while incorporating contemporary principles of circularity and adaptability. The building features a multi-story structure with a distinctive facade of precast concrete panels with varied window openings. The ground floor includes a curved glazed base creating a transparent public zone, while upper floors house club facilities. The site plan shows the building positioned within the golf course landscape with careful integration of the surrounding terrain.
The structural system is based on a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame with detailed steel connections between columns and beams. The board presents extensive structural details including column-beam joints, facade panel connections, and section drawings showing the building's construction assembly. Floor plans show the functional layout across multiple levels. Energy performance is indicated at 81%. The construction details show modular panel systems with thermal insulation layers and waterproofing. Facade sections detail the precast concrete cladding attachment system and window integration.
