Project idea

A brutalist, modular, prefabricated golf clubhouse design emphasizing circularity and adaptability, located in Bohemian landscape.

Project description

The project proposes a golf clubhouse building using brutalist architectural language with a modular prefabricated concrete structural system. The design features a multi-story building with an articulated facade of prefabricated concrete panels with varied window openings. The ground floor incorporates a transparent glazed base that opens to surrounding green landscapes. The building program includes club facilities, changing rooms, administrative spaces, and social areas organized across multiple floors. The design emphasizes adaptability through its modular system, allowing future reconfiguration and promoting circular construction principles.

Technical information

The structural system is based on a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame with detailed steel connection nodes. The board presents extensive construction details including beam-to-column connections, facade panel attachments, and foundation details. Floor plans show the functional layout across multiple levels. Sections and elevations demonstrate the building envelope composition with prefabricated concrete panels. Energy performance is indicated at 81%. The board includes structural calculations, material specifications, and detailed construction drawings of the prefabricated system components.
