The design is based on a composition of horizontal volumes with varied heights, creating a modern spa facility. The facades use simple rectangular windows and a distinctive material palette, with green roofs supporting the natural environment.
The aim is to create a modern wellness and spa multifunctional building in the spa district of Poděbrady. The architectural solution works with a composition of interconnected volumes of varying heights, creating an urban block that respects the surrounding context. The building includes spa functions, accommodation, and public amenities. The design maintains the traditional spa town character while introducing contemporary architectural elements. The project supports the identity of the town and seeks to revitalize the spa area.
The building features floor plans organized across multiple levels (1. NP, 2. NP shown). Materials include white plaster (bílá omítka), glass (sklo), and paving (dlažba). The section (Řez A-A') shows the internal spatial organization across floors. Typical rooms are designed for spa accommodation. The southeast and southwest elevations show the horizontal massing with varied roof heights.
