Design of a new film museum that completes the urban block structure of Prague's Letná district, adjacent to the National Technical Museum.
The project proposes a new film museum in Prague 7 / Letná, on a plot sized to match the traditional urban block scale, next to the National Technical Museum. Most of the plot is built upon, while the remaining area is devoted to public space and an urban garden. The building has one underground level and three above-ground floors, with the central element being an open social arena for visitors. The concept integrates the museum into the existing city fabric while creating inviting public spaces.
The building includes underground level (1.PP), ground floor (1.NP), second floor (2.NP), and third floor (3.NP). Plans are shown at 1:200 scale. Sections AA' and BB' at 1:200 reveal a multi-level structure with varying ceiling heights. South and north elevations are presented at 1:200. The site plan is at 1:1000 and wider urban context at 1:5000. An axonometric drawing illustrates the massing and spatial organization.
