The design is based on the principle of creating a functional space that respects and complements existing urban structures. New buildings aim to create an urban settlement with a connection to the historical center of Veltrusy.
A multifunctional building in Veltrusy combining residential, commercial, and civic functions to support community life. The architectural concept draws from the surrounding context and traditional character of the locality, responding to the scale and typology of neighboring buildings. The ground floor incorporates community functions while upper floors provide housing. The project creates quality public spaces and strengthens the urban structure of the town edge.
