Project idea

A swimming pool complex combined with a rehabilitation center and beauty facility in the Holešovice district of Prague, situated along the Vltava river.

Project description

The project proposes a multi-functional complex in Prague's Holešovice neighborhood that integrates a swimming pool, rehabilitation center, and beauty facilities. The design features a modern architectural language with dark cladding panels accented by yellow/gold-framed openings, creating a distinctive facade composition. The building is organized across multiple floors with the swimming pool hall as the central element, complemented by rehabilitation and wellness spaces. The urban concept responds to the riverside context along the Vltava, integrating the building into the existing urban fabric with landscaped public spaces and pedestrian-friendly entrances.

Technical information

The documentation includes floor plans of the swimming pool level, rehabilitation center floor, and beauty center floor. Multiple cross-sections (A-A, B-B, C-C, D-D) reveal the internal spatial organization and the relationship between the pool hall and adjacent program areas. Elevations from all four sides show the facade treatment. A structural scheme is provided. The site plan demonstrates the building's integration into the Holešovice urban context near the Vltava riverfront.
