Project idea

A residential complex project, where the main goal was for all units to have access to southern lighting via a roof garden, while also creating both interior spaces and landscaping with architectural quality. (Tehran, Iran)

Project description

Al units receive a degree of south lighting via the leaning structure of the main building, around which most of the units are constructed.
The site includes a communal park, an amphitheater, and both a walkway (crossing in the center) and a road for driving (around the site), designed to slope into a bridge to minimize accidents with pedestrians from the site.

Technical information

A saddle-like main concrete structure/body, around which the units are formed. Beams protrude from the saddle main structure, upon which the flooring is constructed.
