A recreational resort with glamping accommodation set in a natural mountainous landscape, combining modern comfort with outdoor living.
The project proposes a recreational complex featuring glamping-style accommodation units. The design incorporates A-frame timber cabins and a larger communal building with extensive glazing, all situated within a lush green hillside setting surrounded by forests and mountains.
The project comprises an administrative building and accommodation units. The substructure of the administrative building is formed by reinforced concrete foundations, retaining walls and floor slabs, while the superstructure is designed as a timber frame construction using glulam (BSH) elements. The accommodation units are founded on ground screws and consist of glulam A-frame structures. The building envelope incorporates mineral wool insulation, aluminium glazing systems with triple glazing, red spruce cladding and standing seam metal roofing.
