The design should harmonize with the natural environment, incorporate sustainable practices, and demonstrate innovative spatial solutions. It allows gaining knowledge about design methodologies and functions of spaces. It also involves standards study about the spaces to achieve the required design.

Technical information

Central Double-Height Courtyard: Functions as a focal organization point to tie the fragmented spaces together.
​Cantilevered Bedroom Volumes: Dramatic structural overhangs that provide direct visual lines toward the beach.
​Dynamic Circulation Paths: Non-linear planning mimicking "controlled chaos" through rotated block segments.
​Materiality: Dominated by glass facades, sharp concrete forms, and natural elements to deliver a warm but striking beachside aesthetic.
