Project idea

The interior concept is based on creating a connected and open environment for learning, culture, work and community life. The proposal transforms the existing and new buildings into a sequence of flexible interior spaces, where public, educational and residential functions naturally overlap. The main idea is to create interiors that support encounter, concentration, relaxation and informal collaboration.

Project description

The interior programme includes a foyer, auditorium, museum spaces, classrooms, coworking areas, workshop rooms, accommodation units, wellness, café, bakery and shared social spaces. The interiors are organised from the most public spaces on the ground floor to quieter working and residential areas on the upper floors. The auditorium and foyer form the main cultural core, while coworking, terraces and accommodation create a more everyday campus atmosphere.

Technical information

The interiors are designed with open and flexible layouts supported by a reinforced concrete frame structure. The auditorium is conceived as an acoustic timber-lined box, while the multifunctional building uses exposed concrete, glass and translucent U-glass panels to divide space softly without fully closing it. The material palette is restrained and light, combining concrete, timber, glass, white surfaces and textile shading elements to create contemporary, calm and adaptable interiors.
