Project idea

Так, зможу. Враховуючи опис і планування твого проєкту, можна коротко та професійно сформулювати так:

This theatre project offers a contemporary architectural solution that combines aesthetics, functionality, and inclusivity. Its distinctive façade creates a strong visual identity, making the building an attractive cultural landmark for the city.

The theatre has been carefully designed to ensure comfortable circulation for visitors, featuring a 316-seat auditorium, spacious public areas, and four evacuation exits that enhance safety and accessibility. The project fully complies with Ukrainian accessibility standards, providing equal opportunities for all users.

A panoramic buffet on the second floor enriches the visitor experience, while the well-organized backstage and technical areas support the efficient operation of the theatre. The building not only meets functional requirements but also contributes to the cultural development of Kharkiv by creating a modern and welcoming public space.

For these reasons, this theatre represents an innovative, user-oriented, and socially valuable architectural proposal worthy of implementation.

Project description

This project presents the design of a contemporary drama theatre with a seating capacity of 316 visitors. The project includes a public area with a spacious foyer, ticket office, cloakroom, waiting area, and sanitary facilities. The auditorium is designed with four evacuation exits and complies with Ukrainian accessibility standards to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all users.

The backstage area consists of dressing rooms, technical spaces, prop and decoration storage, and service facilities necessary for the theatre's operation. The second floor accommodates a buffet with panoramic views, a buffet kitchen, administrative offices, and additional technical rooms.

A key architectural feature of the project is the use of a ventilated curtain wall façade system. This solution enhances the building's visual identity, improves energy efficiency and thermal performance, protects the structure from external influences, and ensures durability with reduced maintenance requirements.

The architectural concept combines modern aesthetics with functionality, creating a recognizable cultural landmark that reflects the innovative character of the city of Kharkiv and provides a comfortable space for visitors and staff.

Technical information

The proposed theatre is a two-storey monolithic reinforced concrete building with a technical basement designed to accommodate engineering systems and utility communications. The floor-to-floor height is 4,500 mm, ensuring comfortable and functional interior spaces.

The building features a ventilated curtain wall façade system with mineral wool insulation, providing durability, thermal efficiency, and a contemporary architectural appearance. The roof is designed using a PVC membrane waterproofing system, ensuring reliable protection against environmental conditions and long-term performance.

The theatre includes a 316-seat auditorium, fully accessible circulation routes in accordance with Ukrainian building regulations, and four evacuation exits to ensure a high level of safety for visitors and staff.
