A project was created from the vineyards of a wealth of living plants

Technical information

1. General Provisions:
Restaurant furniture is designed in accordance with the approved design project and the specific features of the premises (dining rooms, bar area, restrooms, technical and service areas). Key requirements: functionality, ease of use, compliance with safety and hygiene standards, durability, efficient use of space, and attention to detail.
Before beginning production, the manufacturer is required to take precise measurements, taking into account the actual condition of the walls, floor, and ceiling, as well as the building services (electrical, ventilation, fire protection systems, and plumbing).
All structural, technical, and ergonomic solutions must ensure the comfort of guests and staff, the durability of the furniture under conditions of intensive use, and must comply with the design project and approved materials. Before manufacturing all elements, the manufacturer re-verifies the room dimensions and final technical specifications.

2. Materials, hardware, and special equipment:
See the specifications for materials, hardware, fabrics, finishes, metal components, and equipment (bar, heating, refrigeration, etc.).
All materials used must meet the requirements for commercial spaces: moisture resistance, impact resistance, easy cleaning, and safety in contact with food products (in relevant areas).

3. Installation Requirements:
Installation shall be carried out after the completion of all construction, rough, and finish work, including the installation of utilities, the connection of ventilation systems, and the installation of floor and wall coverings.
The manufacturer must check the geometry and levelness of surfaces; in case of deviations, adapt the structures to avoid gaps, misalignments, and other defects.
All joints must be neat, even, and sealed (in accordance with the restaurant’s sanitary requirements). Sliding and moving elements must operate smoothly and quietly. Areas exposed to moisture must be sealed.

4. Additional requirements:
Replacements of materials, hardware, or technical solutions are permitted only with written approval.
The manufacturer is obligated to ensure that the furniture can be transported to and installed at the site (taking into account doorways, hallways, stairwells, and freight elevators).
The manufacturer guarantees that the furniture meets the requirements for use in public facilities: increased durability, load-bearing capacity, ease of maintenance, and structural safety.
After installation, the manufacturer performs final adjustments and instructs the customer on the rules for operating and maintaining the furniture.
