Pier 500 is an adaptation of a former industrial area into a residential neighborhood. The project proposes three towers of different heights, with the tallest containing 15 above-ground floors reaching 50m above terrain. The design incorporates a kindergarten, marina, playground facilities, a park, and amenities for residents. The unique location at the confluence of rivers provides views and access to nature. The buildings feature shifting lamellar and balcony elements on each floor, providing comfort for residents. The entire area is designed with an emphasis on public-private spatial relationships while ensuring privacy.
Balance data shows apartments ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk configurations in various types of apartment buildings. The built-up area of the solved territory is approximately 47070 m². The site plan indicates connections to surrounding streets and cyclopath. The facade concept uses shifting wooden lamellar panels and balconies to create visual variety and privacy.
