Neighborhood Pavlevsky

Olesya Andreeva

Project idea

A residential neighborhood development project creating a new urban quarter with mixed-use buildings, public spaces, and integrated community amenities.

Project description

The Pavlovsky residential complex reinterprets the industrial heritage of the Bragino district, transforming it into a contemporary living environment through three residential typologies.
Old Industrial
Expressive forms and vertical rhythms reflect Yaroslavl’s industrial identity and factory architecture.
New Industrial
A transition between past and present, combining industrial character with clean lines, functional design, and balanced proportions.
Transition to Nature
The final building softens the urban fabric and opens the complex toward the park through lighter forms and a calmer architectural language.
Together, the three buildings create a sequence from memory to transformation and nature, turning industrial heritage into human-centered architecture.

Technical information

The project includes detailed floor plans showing apartment layouts with various unit types, building sections, and facade elevations. The buildings appear to be approximately 8-10 stories tall with ground-floor commercial/public programs. Site plans indicate underground parking, landscaped courtyards, and pedestrian circulation networks. The facade design features a modular grid system with vertical fins or pilasters creating a distinctive architectural rhythm.
