GHE Polyclinic is designed around a core observation: most patients feel anxious upon entering a medical facility. The project responds with an architecture of calm — organized around an infinity-shaped ramp (∞) that serves as both the structural and circulatory spine of the building.
The building is organized around a central green courtyard that provides natural light, microclimate, and serenity to all surrounding spaces. The organic white lattice facade creates a biophilic environment that reduces patient stress from the first approach. An independent vaccination wing manages peak attendance during summer seasons. Interior spaces — emergency unit, PMI, laboratory, radiology, and consultation rooms — are each designed with specific attention to patient comfort and clinical efficiency.
Structure: R+3. Software: SketchUp + D5 Render. Circulation: infinity ramp (∞) ensuring universal accessibility without stairs. Facade: organic structural lattice. Central courtyard: natural ventilation and bioclimatic microclimate.
