Project description

The project addresses the revitalization of the Salesian Center in Kobylisy, Prague. The design works with the existing building complex, proposing new spatial configurations and functional zones. The architectural approach includes careful interventions within the historic fabric, creating new courtyard spaces, community areas, and reorganized interior layouts. The color-coded floor plans indicate different functional zones including public spaces, service areas, and various programmatic elements distributed across the complex. The project preserves the character of the existing structures while introducing contemporary architectural elements to enhance the center's functionality and urban presence.

The project includes detailed floor plans at multiple levels, cross-sections showing the building's vertical organization, and site plans indicating the relationship to the surrounding urban context. Structural sections reveal the integration of new construction with existing masonry walls. The design incorporates multiple floors with varied ceiling heights accommodating different programs. The drawings show construction details and material transitions between old and new elements.
