A sustainable building combining modern architecture, green spaces, and environmentally friendly technologies to create a functional and attractive place for relaxation, social interaction, and enjoying panoramic views.

Project description

The building consists of two rectangular blocks connected by a glass corridor. This transparent connection creates a light and modern appearance while providing easy access between the two parts and allowing natural daylight to enter the interior spaces. One of the building's most distinctive features is its rooftop garden, designed as a relaxing public space covered with grass and various seating areas where visitors can relax, socialize, or enjoy the surroundings. The rooftop offers beautiful views of the city, creating a peaceful retreat above the urban environment.

Technical information

To enhance sustainability, the roof is equipped with solar panels that generate renewable energy for the building. The project combines modern architecture, green spaces, and environmentally friendly technologies.
