The proposal comprises 3 residential levels above a basement parking garage, with a communal green roof and terrace. The uppermost level accommodates spacious three-bedroom penthouses featuring larger private outdoor terraces, providing enhanced living opportunities and stronger connections to outdoor spaces. The design incorporates generous amenities, increased soft landscaping and carefully considered outdoor environments to create a welcoming environment for residents. The project aims to attract owner-occupiers seeking a higher quality living experience within a contemporary, sustainable architectural setting.
