Project idea

The aim of this project is to expand the residential area on the outskirts of Bratislava and to create a public park with amenities such as a coffee shop, as there is currently no public space available for residents in the surrounding area.

Project description

The project is developed as an urban planning study for a zone located in Bratislava-Rača. It proposes the development of a new residential neighborhood complemented by high-quality public spaces, including a public park and supporting amenities for residents.

Technical information

The proposed area is divided into three sections. A main compositional axis was established in the southwestern part of the site, connecting the existing and proposed road network. Perpendicular to this axis, a secondary road follows the natural contours of the terrain and separates the single-family housing zone from the public space, which is connected to the apartment housing development.
