Key features include secure living with strategically planned entry/exit points and advanced security measures, community focus with open spaces, recreational amenities, and communal facilities fostering togetherness, sustainability incorporating energy efficient systems and eco-friendly materials, and connectivity through thoughtful layouts ensuring smooth vehicular and pedestrian flow while maintaining privacy. The design prioritizes quality of life, blending aesthetic appeal with practical functionality to create a vibrant and inclusive residential enclave.
