Project idea

The Montaza Boutique Hotel project aims to create a luxurious hospitality experience inspired by the historical character of Montaza Palace and Gardens in Alexandria. The design integrates Mediterranean coastal elements with contemporary classical interior architecture, providing guests with an elegant and comfortable environment that combines luxury, tranquility, and cultural identity.

Project description

The project consists of the design of a luxury boutique hotel with an area of approximately 708 square meters. It includes a main reception area, waiting lounge, VIP lounge, restaurant and café, bar area, and indoor seating spaces overlooking the surrounding gardens. The design focuses on creating visual connectivity between spaces while ensuring clear circulation paths for guests and staff. The project also enhances the user experience through natural views, daylight utilization, and decorative elements inspired by the coastal environment.

Technical information

The project is based on a load-bearing wall structural system with a functional layout that ensures operational efficiency and smooth circulation. The interior design follows a modern classical style featuring decorative columns, high ceilings, and premium materials including marble, glass, metal, and wood finishes. Natural lighting is maximized through large glazed façades to enhance visual comfort and reduce energy consumption. The color palette is inspired by the sea, sand, and surrounding landscape, incorporating shades of blue, green, and beige.
