This project is a redevelopment proposal for an existing supermarket site. The main idea was to transform a conventional commercial space into a more user-oriented and socially responsive environment that better serves the needs of the local community.
The design process began with a detailed site survey and analysis of the existing conditions. To better understand users’ expectations and daily experiences, interviews were conducted with different groups, including families with children, employees, customers, and elderly visitors. The collected information helped identify functional, social, and spatial requirements that were not fully addressed by the existing facility.
Based on the site analysis and user feedback, several design alternatives were developed and evaluated. After a process of refinement and review, the fifth proposal was selected as the final design solution. The presented drawings and architectural documents represent this chosen scheme.
The project aims to create a more efficient, accessible, and engaging commercial environment while strengthening the relationship between the building and its users through a human-centered design approach.
The project consists of the redesign and development of a commercial complex on the site of an existing supermarket. The proposal includes retail spaces, public circulation areas, service facilities, and a library section designed to enhance the social and educational value of the project.
The design process was carried out through site analysis, user interviews, concept development, and architectural planning. Several design alternatives were explored before selecting the final scheme. The project documentation includes site analysis, conceptual studies, plans, sections, elevations, detailed drawings, and interior design development for the library space.
Special attention was given to accessibility, user comfort, spatial efficiency, and the integration of commercial and community-oriented functions. The final design aims to create a dynamic environment that supports daily activities while providing spaces for interaction, learning, and social engagement.
The project is designed as a reinforced concrete commercial complex developed on the site of an existing supermarket. The structural system is based on a reinforced concrete frame, providing stability, durability, and flexibility for the proposed spatial organization.
The project includes commercial spaces, public circulation areas, service facilities, and a library section. Architectural documentation consists of site analysis, conceptual studies, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings. A detailed architectural and interior design study was also developed for the library area.
Special attention was given to structural efficiency, accessibility, circulation, natural lighting, and user comfort. The final design was developed through a series of design alternatives and refined according to site conditions, functional requirements, and user feedback collected during the research phase.
