A commercial store design for Ra'ad Esports, one of the leading professional esports teams in Egypt, reflecting the power and speed of lightning strikes through dynamic slanted and fragmented lines to create a youthful energy-filled gaming environment.

Project description

The project is a commercial store and gaming design for Ra'ad Team, founded in December 2020 as the first esports team managed under the umbrella of an official sports club. The design concept is inspired by lightning strikes, with dynamic slanted and fragmented lines in the gaming areas, while administrative spaces feature calmer and simpler lines for a balanced visual identity. The color palette is derived from the team logo, combining gold, blue, white, black, and gray to achieve a strong modern contrast reflecting the spirit of gaming and technology. The store specializes in selling official team merchandise, gaming-inspired products, electronics, and tickets for tournaments and major team events. Located at Smart Village Telecom Egypt, the largest technology and communications complex in Egypt.

Technical information

The building uses a concrete frame structural system of columns and beams, providing flexible open spaces suitable for retail and administrative functions. The open-plan design supports interactive gaming areas, while glass facades enhance visibility and emphasize the modern technological identity of the project. Floor plans include ground floor and mezzanine floor at 1:100 scale, with section at 1:25 scale.
