An urban planning project focused on creating an attractive and comfortable area for both living and leisure, offering housing options across a wide range of price categories—from affordable homes to luxury residences.

Project description

The Pärnäinen Urban Development Plan creates a coastal district featuring picturesque forest trails for walking, opportunities for boating and fishing, and a spa with direct access to the sea. The district benefits from well-developed infrastructure with easily accessible services, cafés, restaurants, sports and recreational facilities. Public spaces have been designed to encourage social interaction and a sense of community, with special attention given to landscape design and green infrastructure. Residential buildings blend naturally into the surrounding landscape, creating a peaceful yet vibrant environment for residents of all ages.
