Project idea

ECHO Lounge is a conceptual bar in the style of futuristic brutalism, where the massiveness of concrete and metal is combined with the translucent plasticity of glass blocks. The space is built on the contrast of light and shadow, reflections and textures, creating the atmosphere of a modern urban environment. Glass blocks act as a key compositional element that shapes the play of light, provides zoning and enhances the sense of depth of space. The project is aimed at creating a unique environment for relaxation and communication, where architecture, materials and lighting form a holistic emotional experience.

Project description

The design solution was to divide the space into functional zones depending on the scenario of their operation and redevelopment of the premises. This project consists of the following parts: output data, functional zoning plan, assembling, furnishing, flooring, lighting.

Technical information

The restaurant should be equipped for approximately 100 visitors, based on this, it is proposed to install 10 four-seater sofas, 27 chairs with tables, 15 bar stools behind 3 bar counters (which will be placed between the columns as accents), as well as 2 11-seater modular sofas with coffee tables in the lounge areas. The administrative area should have a reception desk and 2 sofas for waiting with coffee tables. Between the two bar counters on the 1st floor, it is necessary to install shelves for alcoholic beverages. The bathrooms on the 1st floor should have 3 cabins, one of which must be inclusive. Each cabin should be equipped with a wall-mounted toilet, toilet paper dispenser and waste basket, for inclusive cabins it is mandatory to install handrails, washbasins with mirrors and hand dryers at an accessible height from the floor. Only 2 cubicles are allowed in the 2nd floor bathrooms. In addition, each cubicle must have 3 sinks and 2 hand dryers.
