Urban design study of a residential zone featuring housing blocks with green courtyards and integrated road infrastructure.
The project presents an urban study of a zone with multiple residential buildings arranged around green inner courtyards. The layout includes curved road networks connecting the housing blocks, with landscaping and trees integrated throughout the development.
The project represents a modern polyfunctional residential complex of four cascading buildings with an emphasis on sustainability and ecology. The architectural design combines natural wood and plaster facades with extensive green roofs and a central retention biotope in the inner courtyard. Static traffic is primarily situated underground, allowing for the creation of a safe, park-like public space for community life and relaxation.
