Design of a family house.
A family house project featuring a gabled roof form with large glazed facades, creating a connection between interior living spaces and the outdoor garden area.
The family house is designed as a masonry building made of 300mm thick Ytong Klasik aerated concrete blocks, with an additional 150mm of Frontrock Premium mineral wool thermal insulation. The building's foundations consist of 600mm wide foundation strips, with the foundation base located at a depth of 1200mm below ground level. The internal partition walls are constructed from 150mm thick Ytong aerated concrete blocks, while the internal load-bearing system consists of 300mm thick Ytong block walls. Due to the atypical shape of the floor plan, the roof structure is designed using monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The house is designed to meet the A0 energy efficiency class.
