Project idea

A family house situated beneath a grove, integrating modern architecture with the surrounding natural landscape.

Project description

The project presents a contemporary single-family house design characterized by an angular roof form with contrasting materials including wood cladding, dark metal panels, and light-colored rendered surfaces. The house features large glazed openings connecting interior spaces with the garden and surrounding landscape. The design includes outdoor living areas with stone pathways set in a naturalistic garden setting with mature trees.

Technical information

THE FAMILY HOUSE IS DESIGNED AS A BRICK-BUILDING MADE OF POROTHERM 30 PROFI DRYFIX P15 CERAMIC BLOCKS WITH A THICKNESS OF 300mm AND ADDITIONAL THERMAL INSULATION BASED ON MINERAL WOOL FKD N Thermal WITH A THICKNESS OF 140mm. THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE BUILDING ARE IN THE FORM OF 600MM WIDE FOUNDATION STRIPS WITH A FOUNDATION JOINT 1300MM DEPTH BELOW GROUND LEVEL. THE INTERNAL PARTITIONS OF THE BUILDING ARE CONSTRUCTED FROM POROTHERM CERAMIC BLOCKS WITH A THICKNESS OF 150MM AND THE INTERNAL SUPPORTING SYSTEM IS FORMED BY WALLS FROM POROTHERM BLOCKS WITH A THICKNESS OF 250MM. THE ROOFING OF THE BUILDING IS IN THE FORM OF A FLAT ROOF ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND ON THE 2ND FLOOR IT IS FORMED BY AN OPEN ROOF INTO A GABLE WITH A PLASTERBOARD CEILING WITH ADDED THERMAL INSULATION.
THE HOUSE IS DESIGNED IN ENERGY CLASS A0.
