The project aims to develop a sustainable gated community that offers safe, comfortable, and modern living for residents of different income groups. It integrates residential spaces, recreational amenities, and green landscapes to promote a high-quality and community-oriented lifestyle.
The proposed gated community is developed on a 16-acre site and consists of residential apartments and villas supported by a wide range of community facilities. The project includes six LIG towers, six MIG towers, three HIG towers, ten villas, and a centrally located clubhouse. Amenities include a swimming pool, gymnasium, spa, basketball court, tennis court, supermarket, healthcare unit, restaurant, cafeteria, community hall, indoor play area, landscaped gardens, and recreational open spaces. The planning focuses on efficient circulation, safety, privacy, and sustainable urban living.
The development is planned on a site area of approximately 64,749 sq.m with an FSI of 2.5 and a site coverage of about 60%. The residential blocks are designed with reinforced cement concrete (RCC) framed structures and include basement and stilt parking facilities. The LIG, MIG, and HIG towers are typically G+13 storeys, while the villas are designed as G+1 structures. The project incorporates landscaped open spaces, internal road networks, utility services, rainwater management systems, energy-efficient lighting, and modern security systems to ensure sustainable and efficient community living. The total built-up area is approximately 1,55,491 sq.m.
