The resort includes an admin block, restaurants, banquet hall, service block, outdoor games area, parking, suite villas, duplex villas, premium villas, spa and gym, game station, and social areas. The design uses eco-friendly and traditional materials including stone cladding, Mangalore tiles, hollow brick, and wooden panels. The site is zoned into semi-public, private, and public zones with careful consideration of existing vegetation and topography. Sit-out areas are designed for entertaining guests, hosting gatherings, and spending time with family and friends.
