The project aims to develop a sustainable and secure gated community that provides a high-quality residential environment for different income groups. The design integrates Low Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), High Income Group (HIG) apartments, villas, community facilities, and recreational spaces within a single planned development. The project focuses on safety, comfort, sustainability, social interaction, and modern living through green infrastructure, smart resource management, and integrated amenities.
The proposed gated community is planned on a site area of approximately 67,596 sq.m with an FSI of 2.5. The development includes residential towers for LIG, MIG, and HIG categories, villas, a clubhouse, community center, supermarket, pharmacy, play school, basketball court, landscaped open spaces, podium parking, visitor parking, security facilities, and utility services. The project promotes a balanced living environment by combining residential, recreational, and community-support facilities within a secure campus.
The project is designed as a mixed-density residential development with high-rise apartment blocks and villa units. The development follows an FSI of 2.5 with approximately 50% of the site allocated for residential and amenity spaces and 50% for open spaces, roads, parking, and services. Sustainable strategies include rainwater harvesting, solar energy utilization, wastewater treatment and reuse, waste segregation, green landscaping, EV charging facilities, pedestrian pathways, and energy-efficient systems. The apartment blocks consist of reinforced concrete framed structures with dedicated parking, vertical circulation cores, and modern utility infrastructure.
