Residential building floor plan design with repeating apartment units organized along a central corridor.

Project description

The floor plan shows a multi-story residential building with mirrored apartment units on either side of a central lobby and circulation core. Each unit contains a bedroom (3.10 x 3.20), living hall (3.90 x 3.10), kitchen (1.80 x 2.10), bathroom (1.50 x 1.30), wash area (1.80 x 0.95), WC (1.20 x 1.20), and balconies (2.00 x 1.50). The building features a lift (1.75 x 1.80), lobby (2.92 x 4.30), and platforms connecting units. The plan spans 13 structural grid lines with railings at the perimeter. Floors are labeled A through F with consistent room arrangements across levels.

Technical information

Structural grid spacing varies from 0.20m to 3.2m across 13 axes. Floor-to-floor heights include 3.0m and 3.2m sections. Central lobby width is 1.35m minimum. Fire duct and electric duct provisions are included at the central core level C. Lift dimensions 1.75 x 1.80m. Balcony dimensions 2.00 x 1.50m with platform connections. Building features railing at levels A and F perimeters.
