A 16.5-acre gated community integrating modern urban living with thoughtfully planned spaces, featuring a mix of LIG, MIG, HIG apartments, row houses, and luxury villas for a holistic lifestyle.

Project description

The Urban Nest Gated Community is located in Maduravoyal, Chennai on a 16.5-acre site. It offers a holistic lifestyle with amenities including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, community hall, and landscaped green areas. The community features various housing typologies including LIG-1, LIG-2, MIG, HIG apartments, row houses (Meadow Line Homes), and luxury villas (Aristo Lux Villas). Additional facilities include a multiplex complex, cafe, center park, eco park, kids park, garden space, farming areas, and solar panels. With 18% of the land allocated for roads, multi-level parking, and efficient utility services like STP and water systems, the design ensures seamless functionality and sustainable living.

Technical information

Total site area: 16.5 acres. Four side setback: 15m. FSI: 2. Site plan at 1:1000 scale (not to scale on board). The site is bounded by a 40 ft Adayalampattu Village Road and a 200 ft Bypass Road. Building heights reach +67m level for high-rise towers. The project includes multi-level parking, surface parking, solar panels, STP and water systems, ramps, security cabins, service areas, OSR, and back entrance provisions.
