A family house set into the sloping landscape of Zadní Třebaň in the Beroun district, designed to integrate sensitively with the natural terrain and surrounding environment.
The project is a family house located in Zadní Třebaň, Beroun district. The design takes advantage of the sloping site, with the building stepping down the hillside in a terraced arrangement. The house features extensive glazing to capture views of the surrounding landscape, green roof elements, and stone retaining walls that integrate the structure with the natural terrain. The layout is organized across multiple levels following the slope, with living spaces oriented toward the valley views. The architectural expression combines contemporary flat-roofed volumes with natural materials including stone cladding.
The project includes site plan at 1:3000, floor plans (ground floor, first floor, upper floor) at 1:100, sections (A-A', B-B'), elevations (south, west, north), a detailed construction section showing foundation, wall assembly and roof details, and a situation plan at 1:200. The construction system appears to use reinforced concrete with stone cladding on facades and extensive glazing systems.
