A family house designed for a sloped site on Stockého street, integrating modern living with the surrounding landscape through a contemporary volumetric composition.
The project is a two-story family house situated on a sloped plot. The design features a modern architectural language with clean geometric volumes, large glazed openings oriented towards the garden, and a flat roof. The house is organized across two floors (1.NP and 2.NP) with living spaces opening onto outdoor terraces and a garden. The site plan shows the building positioned to take advantage of the terrain and views, with careful consideration of the surrounding urban context. The elevations (south, east, north, west) reveal a composition of rendered and material-contrasted facades with strategically placed windows. The sections (Řez A-A' and Řez B-B') demonstrate how the building adapts to the slope of the terrain.
The board includes detailed technical documentation: architectural site plan (architektonická situace), floor plans of both levels (půdorys 1.NP and 2.NP) at 1:150 scale, four elevations (south, east, north, west), two cross-sections, axonometric view, a complex wall section (komplexní řez), material specifications, energy system concept, shading concept, ventilation method and heating demand estimates, average thermal transmittance coefficient analysis, and coverage of building energy needs estimate. The construction appears to use a combination of concrete and rendered walls with extensive glazing systems.
