A family house designed for a sloped site in Praha-Zbraslav, Stockého, utilizing zoning concepts to organize private and public areas within the residence.
The project is a single-family house located in Praha-Zbraslav on Stockého street. The design responds to the sloped terrain with a modern, flat-roofed white volume composition that integrates with the surrounding landscape. The concept involves dividing the house into functional zones, with careful analysis of the site context including the nearby historical Zbraslav area. The house features terraces that take advantage of the topography, providing outdoor living spaces connected to the interior. Materials include wood, exposed concrete, white plaster, matte copper, and landscape planting elements. The building is organized across two floors (1NP and 2NP) with the entrance approached from the northwest.
The building features a construction detail showing wall assembly with insulation layers. Materials specified include wood (dřevo), exposed concrete (pohledový beton), white plaster (bílá omítka), matte copper (matný copper), and landscape plantings (loudnes polistej). Floor plans show 1NP and 2NP layouts. Four elevations are provided: south (jih), east (východ), north (sever), and west (západ). Sections (řezy) illustrate the relationship to the sloped terrain. A comprehensive construction detail section is included showing wall and roof assembly.
