A family house designed to reflect and integrate with the surrounding landscape, creating a harmonious relationship between architecture and nature.
The project is a family house (rodinný dům) that responds to its site context through careful orientation toward panoramic views, a vertical accent element, functional layout, and greenery integration. The design features a dark exterior cladding that reflects the surrounding landscape, with generous glazing connecting interior spaces to the garden and views. The house is organized over multiple levels including a basement (1.PP), ground floor (1.NP), and upper floor (2.NP), with spaces arranged to optimize views, privacy, and functional connections. The architectural expression uses a modern volumetric composition with contrasting materials and a strong relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The building includes detailed wall assemblies and construction details shown in a comprehensive section (komplexní řez) at 1:20 scale. Floor plans are presented at 1:100 scale. The energy concept addresses thermal performance with interior temperatures of +21°C for living spaces and working areas, against exterior conditions of -15°C. The wall construction includes multiple insulation layers. The project includes site plans at 1:2000 and 1:200 scales, sections (řez AA) at 1:100, south elevation (pohled jih) at 1:200, and an axonometric drawing showing the building in its landscape context.
