A modular residential building concept located in Radotín, Prague, featuring flexible living units with integrated greenery and adaptable interior elements.
The project proposes a modular housing building in the Radotín district of Prague, near the Praha-Radotín train station. The design incorporates a multi-story residential structure with modular units that can be configured to different needs. The facade features yellow-framed windows, climbing plants, and balconies with integrated planters. The ground floor includes semi-public spaces and a garden area. The building is organized around a compact footprint with gardens for growing plants, spaces for relaxation, and community areas. The architectural concept includes movable interior elements and flexible floor plans across multiple levels.
The construction scheme shows a structural system with detailed wall sections at 1:30 scale and a detail of a movable planter element at 1:5 scale. The complex cross-section reveals the building envelope composition including insulation layers, waterproofing, and facade attachment systems. Interior elements are designed as modular furniture systems. Floor plans show three levels (1.NP, 1.NP variant, 2.NP) with room layouts and circulation. The building features green facade elements integrated into the structural system.
