A family house on Ametystová street in Radotín, Prague 16, designed to respond to the sloping terrain and the surrounding residential context.
The project is a new family house located in the Radotín district of Prague. The building is situated on a sloping plot and is designed as a multi-story residence that steps with the terrain. The house is divided into two main volumes, with the basic block oriented to the street and a second volume creating a private garden side. The design uses a combination of materials including dark metal cladding, light plaster, and concrete, creating a contemporary expression that fits within the neighborhood context. The layout includes a basement level, ground floor, and upper floors with living spaces oriented toward views and natural light.
The building includes basement (1.PP), ground floor (1.NP), second floor (2.NP), and third floor (3.NP). Floor plans show functional zoning with garage and storage in the basement, common living areas on the ground floor, and private bedrooms on upper levels. The board presents four elevations (south, west, north, east), two building sections (ŘEZ AA, ŘEZ BB), a complex wall section detail, energy system concept diagrams, thermal loss calculations, average heat transfer coefficient analysis, and facade envelope details. Scale drawings are provided at 1:200 and 1:100.
