A family house in Liběchov designed with consideration of the site orientation to cardinal directions, featuring a modern volumetric composition with a distinctive roof form and large glazed surfaces that connect interior spaces with the surrounding garden.
The family house is situated on a plot in Liběchov and is designed as a two-story structure with a basement level. The building features a dark brick facade combined with wood-clad upper volumes and large glazing. The ground floor contains the main living spaces including entrance, garage, and social areas, while the upper floor houses private bedrooms and a kitchen/living area with generous windows opening to the garden. The roof concept creates an asymmetric gable form that adds architectural character. The house is oriented to take advantage of natural light with main living spaces facing the garden.
The project includes a comprehensive section showing the building's construction from foundation to roof, with detailed material legends for walls, floors, and roof assemblies. The energy concept includes analysis of the average heat transfer coefficient, building envelope rating, heat losses, and the energy system concept for the building. Floor plans are presented at 1:100 scale showing three levels (1.PP, 1.NP, 2.NP). The structural scheme and roof scheme are documented. Wall assemblies include insulation layers with detailed material specifications.
