Project description

The project is a single-family house located in Roztoky, a town near Prague. The design features a modern minimalist aesthetic with white rendered walls, flat roofs, and large window openings. The house is organized on multiple levels following the sloping terrain, with living spaces oriented toward the garden. The street-facing facade maintains privacy with a solid boundary wall and fence, while the rear opens up to outdoor living areas. The layout includes ground floor living areas with kitchen and dining, and upper floor bedrooms. A carport or garage is integrated into the street-facing volume.

Technical information

The project includes detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, and a wall construction detail showing the building envelope assembly. The documentation shows site plans with urban context analysis, furniture layouts, and axonometric views revealing the spatial organization. Construction details illustrate the layered wall and roof assemblies with insulation systems.
