Project idea

A family house situated on a sloped site at Závist, designed as a modern minimalist dwelling that integrates with the surrounding landscape.

Project description

The project is a single-family residence located at Závist. The design features a contemporary white volumetric composition with clean lines, large glazed openings, and vertical slat elements that provide privacy and rhythm to the facades. The house is organized across two floors, taking advantage of the sloping terrain. The ground floor contains the main living areas opening onto the garden through generous glazing, while the upper floor accommodates private rooms. The site plan shows careful landscape integration with stepped access paths, mature trees, and garden spaces surrounding the building. The architectural expression is minimalist with white rendered walls contrasting with the green landscape setting.

Technical information

The board presents floor plans for two levels (1. NP and 2. NP), a site plan (situace architektonická), west and north elevations (pohled západní, pohled severní), building sections, a structural/construction schema (konstrukční schéma), and a detailed wall section (kompoziční řež) showing the building envelope assembly. The construction appears to use a combination of load-bearing walls with flat roof construction.
