The project is a two-story family house situated in the Podolec-Dubce area. The design features a modern white-rendered facade with large rectangular windows and a flat roof composition creating an articulated massing. The house includes outdoor living spaces with a terrace and garden. The layout is organized with living areas on the ground floor and private bedrooms on the upper floor. The site plan shows integration within an existing residential neighborhood context.

Technical information
