A family house situated on a sloped terrain in Liběchov, designed as a modern white-rendered volume with large glazed openings that take advantage of the hillside views and natural surroundings.
The project is a family house located in Liběchov, designed to respond to the sloping site. The building is organized across two levels — a ground floor (1.NP) and a basement level (1.PP) — exploiting the terrain difference. The architectural composition features interlocking cubic volumes with flat roofs, creating a dynamic yet clean modernist expression. Large windows and glazed surfaces open the interiors to the surrounding landscape, including views of greenery and distant hills. The house includes living spaces, bedrooms, and an outdoor terrace area with a swimming pool integrated into the garden. The upper level contains the main living areas, while the lower level accommodates additional rooms and service spaces. The design concept works with the relationship between solid white walls and transparent glass surfaces, achieving a balance between privacy and openness.
The construction uses a reinforced concrete structural system with masonry infill walls. The structural scheme shows load-bearing concrete walls and slabs. The complex section (Komplexní řez) details the wall assembly, foundation, and roof construction layers. The building is partially embedded into the hillside, with the basement level set into the slope. The flat roof construction and facade detailing with insulation layers are shown in the detailed section drawings. Floor plans show the layout of both levels with the ground floor featuring the main living spaces and the basement level providing additional accommodation.
