A family house designed for a sloped site in Zadní Třebaň, Beroun district, integrating with the natural landscape and taking advantage of the terrain.
The project is a residential family house located in Zadní Třebaň in the Beroun district. The building is designed on a sloping terrain, with the architecture responding to the topography by stepping along the hillside. The house features large glazed facades that open toward the garden and surrounding landscape, with terraces and balconies on multiple levels. The design uses a material palette of dark timber cladding, concrete, and extensive glazing to create a contemporary aesthetic that blends with the natural setting. The layout includes living spaces oriented toward views, with private bedrooms on upper levels.
The building section shows the house embedded into the slope with multiple floor levels responding to the terrain gradient. Construction details include wall-to-roof junctions and foundation details. The material solution incorporates timber cladding on facades, reinforced concrete structural elements, and green roof areas. Floor plans at 1:100 scale show the spatial organization across levels, with site plans indicating the relationship to surrounding plots and access roads.
