The design is based on the interaction between a structured grid system and fluid circulation paths, creating interconnected public spaces that encourage social interaction, collaboration, and community engagement. The project includes housing units, retail spaces, public plazas, communal facilities, and landscaped open spaces designed to enhance collective urban living.
